My five topics that could keep me talking effortlessly are:
1. Counseling and all the things I’ve learned over the last 30 years
2. Fabulous recipes
3. Cerebral Spinal Fluid leaks, how debilitating they are and how few doctors know how to treat them let alone test for them.
4. Coping with Rapid shifts in personal mobility and loss of independence brought on by serious illness
5. Grief and loss
My Substack is called Staying Together - it’s the beginning chapters of my book, as well as my random musings along the walk through life.
