I love the name & topic of your newsletter Kaylen! I'm also a big book nerd and a recovering HR consultant lol.

I started a women's+ NF bookclub last month and we read personal development books... Any recommendations?! Hard question, I know

Lydia hi!!!

So nice to meet you - how do I join the book club?!

I am currently reading THE BODY KEEPS THE SCORE by Bessel Van Der Kolk

BIG MAGIC by Elizabeth Gilbert is one I gift to all my friends - have you read yet? 💛

Currently I'm hosting in person in Chattanooga, TN, but I'd love to get a virtual session together! Perhaps I'll try to pull it off, could be fun! I'll see about finding a way to collect interest via my substact soon.

I'm adding big magic to my list now! Body keeps a score is currently on mine. I haven't read that yet but I've read widen the window which is in the same vein.

Current book club read is Fair Play by Eve Rodsky!

Hi Kaylen! I’m so excited to finally learn what your “K” stands for!

Lol! So sweet. I like to keep everyone on their toes. “Is it K? Alexandra? … you, over there?”

Kaylen is my first name.

Alex is what I go by with a lot of my friends and family.

When I write I like to be free of both boxes I’ve been placed in. So K. feels best!

I'm a total people pleaser, as is my sister who co-writes Mishmosh with me. I think we'd both benefit from your newsletter. Can't wait to check it out! xo
