Thank you Mika. This means the world! I need to update my YouTube a little but I always release the podcast episodes there first before here… ✨✨✨🙌🏻✨✨✨ you are so generous here!
Thanks Mika for sharing this!! I'm new here too and am truly astounded how generous the community is around here :) will be looking to share your guide too!!
I had 7 straight away, then nothing for 8 months. But I was really sporadic with my posting and didn’t do Notes or engage with other posts back then. When I started posting every week, I just spent a lot of time finding new and interesting newsletters and had fun commenting and engaging. I also had to get better at my headlines and my writing too, to be honest. Cheering you on!
This is a great little resource for those who need it. Thank you for putting it together!
If I'm allowed to toot my horn, I take care of a different form of overwhelm. I do the actual work behind the scenes for those who lack time. Many writers have full-time jobs and other obligations, and I'm here to help writers steal their time back 😊
Hi Mika - great resources and I'm sure they'll be really helpful. I just set up my Substack this week and there was a LOT to get my head around. I should have waited a week and used your post! I'm saving it for future reference. And BTW I mentioned you in my blog post this week after one of your comments :)
Yay! I’m so excited that you’re here! That way I can “restack” your material and definitely be “recommending” it (I’ll forward you the Substack email about recommending). Just take you’re time. I love the way you write, just do you here! 💕
Thanks so much for your encouragement - I'm just dipping in slowly rather than trying to migrate everything across. It's a fun new platform and a great place to meet new people like your lovely self x

Love getting sparkled on! ✨✨
I love the energy you bring to this space and I’m glad more people are finding you and your resources. 🥰
Your generosity knows no bounds! What incredible resources.
Thanks for introducing me to @ClaireVenus who I’ve heard interviewed before and enjoy her philosophy !
You are so welcome! Claire is so great and she fosters such a great community. Hope to see you in the workshops one day. 😊
Fab resources... Lovely to see them all together! I'm intrigued by the canva bundle ... Ive never used it before! Thank you Mika ☺️🙏
You’re so welcome Emily! I hope you find them useful. 😊
I use canva a bit but also hadn't known about a template for substack. Thanks, Mika.
Will check it out. Sometimes with canva, some of the better features within the free plan are paywalled.
These are great resources Mika, thanks! I am saving it.
This week I wrote about how Substackers can gain more insight into their readers by connecting their publication to Google Analytics: https://lifeapprentice.substack.com/p/gain-more-insights-about-your-substack-readers
Maybe it could help others.
Wow, that’s so interesting. Never looked into google analytics. I look forward to learning more about thar! Thanks for writing about.
You're welcome 👍🏽
Thanks for the great resources! I am already seeing lots of advice on these I can implement
Hey Bex! I’m so glad it was helpful!
thanks a lot Mika, for all those resources. Very helpful!!!
I also found all the Substack input from Kristina God helpful / her Kristina God's Writing Club https://kristinagod.substack.com
Yay! I’m glad it was useful. Thanks for sharing that resource!

Thank you for this great post, will definitely check out these resources.
You’re so welcome!
Thanks Mika. I only have 4 subscribers after a month on my free Substack, but I hope for more.

wow! This is just what I needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to send this to me.
I’m so glad! Don’t feel like you need to rush to set things up. Any pressure we put on ourselves will kill our creativity. Xx
Thank you for this, this is my first time in the platform and writing online...this will help me a lot ✨✨
Welcome to Substack! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Thank you for the valuable resources! @ClaireVenus has very helpful information as well.
Brilliant, Mika!
Glad you liked it Teri. 😊
